About the position

The Lead Product Services & Management Analyst - Product Owner (HIE) is responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation and support of application systems within the organization. This role involves researching, studying, and analyzing system-related issues to provide appropriate resolutions. A key focus is ensuring the integrity, maintenance, and operations of these systems, particularly their impact on data integrity for the organization. The analyst will create, optimize, and maintain complex SQL as part of stored procedures, views, functions, and queries, which are essential for the effective functioning of the systems. In addition to technical responsibilities, the analyst will manage, design, and develop highly configurable and fault-tolerant systems. This includes reviewing database objects for data integrity, quality, security, recoverability, scalability, maintenance, and capacity, and recommending changes as necessary. The role also requires overseeing database design documentation at both architectural and functional levels, as well as recommending new strategies and architectures to enhance the efficiency of data systems. The analyst will plan, manage, and track database and system changes, maintaining policies and procedures related to security and the protection of client and company information. Responding to requests for changes from original specifications is also a critical part of the job. Employees in this role will utilize their knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles aimed at achieving goals in innovative ways. The problems addressed in this position are diverse in scope and complexity, ranging from moderate to substantial, and the analyst will perform related duties as required. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated.
