About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Strategy Manager to join the Consumer & Business Deposits Financial Product team. This role focuses on developing product value propositions and go-to-market strategies to enhance customer acquisition and onboarding experiences, driving growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor customer and product experiences to continuously improve them.
• Develop and implement deposit acquisition and onboarding strategies that drive growth and create seamless customer experiences across channels.
• Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, trends, regulatory requirements, and risk management to inform product solutions and experiences.
• Develop and influence business plans, metrics, requirements, and change implementations across multiple groups.
• Articulate vision, define scope, establish goals, and provide direction on managing deposit products and solutions.
• Engage, collaborate, and influence leaders, stakeholders, and project teams companywide.
• Partner with digital, branch banking, marketing, analytic, finance, and risk teams to determine strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, or change delivery experience.
• Financial product management experience, preferably in banking.
• Familiarity with creating strategies and developing digital and omnichannel experiences.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver presentations to senior leaders.
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills and ability to synthesize data for decision-making.
• Knowledge of product or program management, including development of roadmaps and strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering results and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
