About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Strategy Manager to join the Consumer & Business Deposits Financial Product team. This role focuses on developing product value propositions and go-to-market strategies to enhance customer acquisition and onboarding experiences, driving growth and customer engagement. The manager will ensure that customer experiences are intuitive and seamless across various channels, while also analyzing market dynamics and customer needs to inform product development.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer and product experiences for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement deposit acquisition and onboarding strategies.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Articulate vision and establish goals for deposit products and solutions.
  • Engage and collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the company.
  • Partner with various teams to determine strategies for product development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, or strategic planning.
  • Experience in financial product management, preferably in banking.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and present to senior leaders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of product management and development processes.
