About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Strategy Manager to join the Consumer & Business Deposits Financial Product team. This role focuses on developing product value propositions and go-to-market strategies that enhance customer acquisition and onboarding experiences, driving growth and customer engagement. The manager will monitor and improve customer experiences, implement strategies, and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer and product experiences to improve intuitiveness and ease of use.
• Develop and implement deposit acquisition and onboarding strategies to drive growth.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements to inform product development.
• Articulate vision, define scope, and establish goals for deposit products and solutions.
• Engage and collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, or related fields.
• Experience in financial product management, preferably in banking.
• Ability to create strategies and develop digital and omnichannel experiences.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data for decision-making.
• Proven track record of delivering results and leading cross-functional teams.
