About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Strategy Manager to join the Consumer & Business Deposits Financial Product team. This role focuses on developing product value propositions and go-to-market strategies to enhance customer acquisition and onboarding experiences, driving growth and customer engagement. The manager will monitor and improve customer experiences, implement strategies, and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor customer and product experiences to improve intuitiveness and usability.
• Develop and implement deposit acquisition and onboarding strategies to drive growth.
• Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform product solutions.
• Articulate vision, define scope, and provide direction on managing deposit products and experiences.
• Engage and collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and project teams across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, or equivalent.
• Experience in financial product management, preferably in banking.
• Ability to create strategies and develop digital and omnichannel experiences.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data for decision-making.
• Proven track record of delivering results and leading cross-functional teams.
