About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Strategy Manager to join the Consumer & Business Deposits Financial Product team. This role focuses on developing product value propositions and go-to-market strategies that enhance customer acquisition and onboarding experiences, driving growth and customer engagement. The manager will ensure that these experiences are intuitive and seamless across various channels, while also analyzing market dynamics and customer needs to inform product development.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer and product experiences for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement deposit acquisition and onboarding strategies.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Influence business plans and metrics across multiple groups.
  • Articulate vision and provide direction on deposit products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams including digital, marketing, and finance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, or strategic planning.
  • Experience in financial product management, preferably in banking.
  • Ability to create strategies and develop digital experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data for decision-making.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and leading cross-functional teams.
