About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Strategy Manager to join the Consumer & Business Deposits Financial Product team. This role focuses on developing product value propositions and go-to-market strategies to enhance customer acquisition and onboarding experiences, driving growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor customer and product experiences to continuously improve them.
• Develop and implement deposit acquisition and onboarding strategies that drive growth.
• Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, trends, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
• Develop and influence business plans, metrics, requirements, and change implementations across multiple groups.
• Articulate vision, define scope, establish goals, and provide direction on managing deposit products and solutions.
• Engage and collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and teams across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Financial product management experience, preferably in banking.
• Familiarity with creating strategies and developing digital experiences.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and present to senior leaders.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
