Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial development capital investment budget to maximize returns.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and project management departments to execute investment initiatives.
• Lead the annual planning process for capital investments, identifying and prioritizing key opportunities.
• Create and maintain a prioritization model for capital investments, evaluating projects based on financial returns and risk assessment.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on capital investment performance to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in a similar area of responsibility.
