Your responsibilities will include creating high-fidelity design visuals, prototypes, and user flows for various features, all while helping to establish and grow the product and design culture within the company. As TireTutor, Inc. continues to grow, you will play a key role in adapting and establishing processes that lay the foundation for effective product design. Additionally, you will engage with existing and prospective clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and the jobs they need to accomplish. Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
• Lead end-to-end design projects and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Create high-fidelity design visuals, prototypes, and user flows for features
• Help establish and grow the product and design culture within the company
• Adapt and establish processes as the company grows to build the foundations of product design
• Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and jobs to be done

Requirements

• Passion for product design and finding best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, and interaction challenges
• A portfolio showcasing excellent product designs delivered in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with design systems and technical tools such as Git and VSCode
• Ability to think in systems and manage complex interaction designs
• Proficiency in creating and expressing ideas through visuals and prototyping in Figma
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
