Responsibilities

  • Supporting or leading projects under moderate supervision.
  • Managing the end-to-end project life cycle.
  • Analyzing business situations, creating processes and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Supporting product launch activities.
  • Creating process maps and refining products.
  • Tracking and analyzing project budgets.
  • Reporting, communicating and influencing both project deliverables and team members.
  • Creating and managing relationships with internal and external customers and key stakeholders.
  • Creating and leading presentations to team members and senior leadership.
  • Evaluating data and preparing forecasts.
  • Analyzing short and long range business trends and new business opportunities.
  • Planning budgets and comparing against actual spend.
  • Creating finance models of 'what if' scenarios for future business planning in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree by December 2024 (for January 2025 cohort) or by May 2025 (for June 2025 cohort) with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation and collaborative skills.
  • Strong communication, relationship building and organization skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Work authorization to work in the U.S.; this role does not provide work sponsorship.
