About the position

The Performance Marketing role at The Walt Disney Studios involves working closely with the Vice President of Performance Marketing and Analytics to manage project timelines and goals. This position is integral to the Performance Marketing team, which focuses on leveraging advanced ad technologies to drive data-driven results in marketing efforts. The role emphasizes collaboration across various internal teams to enhance advertising effectiveness while maintaining the integrity of Disney's brands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, track, and manage project timelines and goals for the Performance Marketing team.
  • Drive workflow and project success metrics and timelines.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams adhere to deadlines and timelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and communicate project status.
  • Help establish team goals and work cross-functionally to ensure goals are met.
  • Work with internal teams to understand data use cases and strategic marketing strategies.
  • Manage data and technology vendor fees and payment allocation.
  • Manage invoices for finance and accounts payable.
  • Support internal teams with ad hoc projects as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years experience in Project Management in a business context, ideally in Marketing/Advertising or relevant experience with Product Management, Analytics, General/Brand Management.
  • Proficient with project management tools and software such as SmartSheets, AirTable, Jira or similar.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as across teams in a diverse, international, collaborative environment.
  • Self-driven, accountable, well-organized, detail-oriented individual.
  • Cross-functional team player with a passion for entertainment and Disney's Studios brands.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively that meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ad platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Innovid, LiveRamp and DSPs (Google DV360, Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, Yahoo DSP).
  • Knowledge of digital ad serving, tracking and implementation.
  • Knowledge of data infrastructure, technology, data analytics and measurement.
