About The Position
The Lead Project Manager is responsible for managing highly complex, multi-year projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction. This role involves developing detailed project plans, recognizing the impact of scope changes, and acting as the first responder to project risks. The Lead Project Manager will interface with senior management and client executives, negotiate resource requirements, and mentor junior staff.
