About The Position
The Lead Project / Program Manager at Cox Communications is responsible for designing and executing readiness efforts to prepare the Sales & Service organization for complex changes in business processes, policies, pricing, products, and tools. This role involves evaluating the impacts of these changes on front-line representatives and leaders, and developing plans to minimize disruptions while maximizing adoption rates.
