About the position
The Lead Psychotherapist / Clinical Director for the Adult Treatment Program at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers is a full-time role focused on providing clinical leadership and therapy services to adults and adolescents dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues. The position requires a licensed professional who can deliver group and individual therapy while overseeing the clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care within the program.
Responsibilities
- Provide group therapy and individual therapy to patients.
- Conduct case management services for clients.
- Offer overall clinical leadership for the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program.
- Supervise and support the clinical staff in their roles.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Psychologist Credentials or equivalent licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
- Extensive experience working with adults and adolescents in mental health and/or substance abuse treatment.
- Some supervisory experience is preferred.
