About the position

Kforce is seeking a fully remote Lead QA Tester who will play a dual role as both a tester and a product/project manager. This position involves communicating with stakeholders, escalating blockers, and facilitating collaboration among multiple groups. The Lead QA Tester will be responsible for testing workflows, prioritization, documentation, and identifying and removing dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a tester and product/project manager.
• Communicate with stakeholders and escalate blockers.
• Partner with multiple groups to assist with communication.
• Perform testing and prioritize tasks.
• Document workflows and testing processes.
• Recognize and remove dependencies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Experienced in end-to-end testing of software applications.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience in large complex enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to communicate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering.
• Broad technical knowledge including app development, cloud, testing, and product/agile methodologies.
• Ability to act as a project manager/product owner while being responsible for testing.
• Experience performing end-to-end testing in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to write basic SQL.
• Natural problem solver.
