In the role of Lead Quality Analyst at Kimberly-Clark, you will provide essential technical, tactical, and strategic leadership to the logistics team, ensuring that the business objectives of KCNA are met, particularly in the area of Finished Goods inventory management. Your focus will be on critical aspects such as Traceability, non-conformance management, and adherence to Quality Agreements. You will collaborate closely with Distribution Operations and third-party Distribution staff to achieve high standards of quality performance and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will engage with Mill Quality and Operations groups to support the Quality Management System Requirements related to Distribution at the Staff level. Your responsibilities will include developing and driving the creation, implementation, auditing, and process improvements of standards in finished goods inventory management, batch-management, and quality-issue management. As a key leader within the KCNA Quality teams, you will provide support across various product lines, including Family Care, Adult/Feminine Care, and Baby/Child Care. You will be expected to demonstrate safety as a core value, ensuring that all job functions are performed safely and in compliance with corporate policies and departmental procedures to minimize risk and eliminate loss. You will manage yourself and your team according to the expected behaviors of the Leadership Qualities, effectively achieving results that align with both business and individual objectives. Your role will also involve developing and implementing support systems and processes for managing quality records and documents that meet both internal and external requirements. Establishing and maintaining good customer rapport while driving solutions to meet business needs will be crucial, as will building strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders and peers across the organization. You will partner with internal support functions such as supplier quality, procurement, and distribution to achieve functional excellence, influencing and engaging at all levels of the organization.
