Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Lead ReactJs Developer with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities

• An experienced UI Tech Lead having strong experience in design/ development of React based UI Programs.
• Must have implemented Modern UI design and development principles.
• Good experience in using DevOps/CI-CD principles for UI Deployment.
• Interaction with key stakeholders and Team Members in Project execution using Agile methodologies.
• Strong hands-on experience using React.js Framework, JEST Unit Testing.
• Experience with Application State Management using Redux and Context API, React Hooks, Thunk and Saga.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, yarn, etc.
• Good understanding on GIT Hooks, MR process, executing test cases as part of MR, code coverage tools and implementation.
• Knowledge about componentization and reusability, general principles, props and state management.
• Experience in implementing Accessibility and Web Standards such as 508 Compliance.
• Knowledge of End-End Test Automation using Test Café or any other JavaScript based Automation Frameworks.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of overall experience.
• 8+ Year experience in JavaScript/ES6 and React.js.
• Styling Components using CSS Modules/SaaS.
• Common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, yarn, etc.
• Application State Management using React.js/Redux/Thunk/Saga.
• Experience with Context API and React Hooks.
