BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Lead - React Developer for a remote opportunity in Richardson, TX. This position is part of the Software Engineering team, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the 'ADS Offshore Reporting' project for a leading healthcare insurance provider. The client is committed to improving the health and well-being of its members, and as an Application Lead, you will play a crucial role in this mission. In this role, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications for the ADS Offshore Reporting project. You will act as the primary point of contact for the project and be responsible for team decisions. Your expertise will be essential as you collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Intermediate proficiency in Reactive Architecture and Java is required, along with skills in Configuration & Release Management, Solution Architecture, Design & Build Enablement, and Responsive and Adaptive Design. Your responsibilities will include leading the team in developing innovative solutions for application design and configuration, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring successful implementation. You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in application development, and identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
