About the position

The Lead React Developer will be responsible for developing user interfaces for web applications using React.js, ensuring a responsive and seamless user experience. This role involves collaborating with design and product teams to implement new features, writing clean and efficient code, integrating frontend components with backend APIs, and maintaining RESTful APIs. The Lead Developer will also focus on performance optimization, testing, debugging, and documentation while keeping up with the latest trends in frontend development.

Responsibilities

• Creating user interfaces using React.js for web applications.
• Collaborating with design and product teams to implement new features and enhancements.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code for frontend components using modern JavaScript libraries.
• Integrating frontend components with backend APIs for seamless communication.
• Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Writing unit tests for frontend components and API endpoints, debugging issues related to UI functionality.
• Identifying and implementing performance optimization techniques for frontend and backend components.
• Utilizing version control systems like Git for managing the codebase and collaboration.
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation for frontend components and APIs.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend and API development.

Requirements

• Highly experienced Lead Developer with decision-making authority.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on React, Typescript, and Node.js.
• Proficient in web development using React, Redux, Redux-Saga, ES6, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3.
• 5+ years of experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM.
• 5+ years of experience building web applications with Micro frontend architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in design patterns and enterprise standards in application design.
• Solid experience with Accessibility and a deep understanding of its fundamentals.
