About the position

Responsibilities

• Implement API authentication protocols to ensure secure access to sensitive health data.
• Use industry standards when designing microservices architectures to increase modularity and speed up deployment.
• Drive solutions with clients and maintain effective communication with client technical teams.
• Mentor junior developers on design patterns, clean code principles, and debugging practices.
• Participate in industry conferences and share knowledge with the team regarding advancements in technology.
• Establish a thorough documentation system for architecture decisions and coding practices.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in leading development teams and guiding the team.
• 4+ years' experience in application development using Node.js.
• 3+ years' experience working with HTML, CSS, and React.js.
• 10+ years of relevant hands-on work experience in software development.
• 3+ years of coordination, consultation, and delivery oversight of third-party vendors.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in cloud technologies or container systems.
• Knowledge of database systems like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience in front-end technologies such as React/Native.
• Understanding of Auth0 implementation like Okta or other third-party platforms.
• Experience with healthcare domain, especially in provider/hospital or pharmacy.
