About The Position

The Lead Receptionist at Brookdale Senior Living is responsible for managing the reception area, providing assistance to residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and efficient manner. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the reception area and serve the needs of residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Greet all visitors entering the community and ensure they sign guest sheets.
  • Answer questions and direct phone calls to the appropriate residents and staff.
  • Sort, deliver, and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail.
  • Perform basic office and clerical functions as needed.
  • Maintain visitor logs and respond to resident emergencies by contacting appropriate parties.
