Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by greeting members and answering phone calls.
  • Register citizens for membership, classes, camps, and activities using ACTIVE software.
  • Process Point-Of-Service transactions and handle payments.
  • Assist in opening and closing facilities, including cash reconciliation.
  • Supervise the climbing wall and ensure proper techniques are used by patrons.
  • Maintain the climbing wall and check equipment for safety.
  • Report facility issues and handle customer complaints.
  • Provide administrative services and assist with marketing materials.
  • Assist in training and reviewing daily tasks of staff.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when required.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year of relevant work experience.
  • Valid Class C Driver's License.
  • CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
