About the position

Crexi is reimagining commercial real estate by building industry-leading software that enables professionals to market, analyze, and trade commercial property more effectively. The Lead Recruiter plays a crucial role in this mission by utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract, engage, and hire top sales professionals. This position is responsible for optimizing recruiting tools and resources to provide a full life cycle, high volume candidate pipeline that supports Crexi's growth. In this role, the Lead Recruiter will work collaboratively with hiring managers and the People Team to understand current staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract outstanding talent. The recruiter will conduct targeted sourcing and optimize research tools, including online searches, social media, networking, and targeted campaigns to proactively source candidates and build candidate pipelines. The Lead Recruiter will also utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources beyond LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent. The position involves reviewing, updating, assessing, and dispositioning candidate applications submitted online with a sense of urgency. The Lead Recruiter will screen candidates and facilitate the interview and hiring decision-making process with hiring managers, ensuring a high level of candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the recruiter will partner with internal colleagues to create, measure, and report on data-driven recruitment strategies, contributing to the development of recruiting strategies and outreach efforts while building strong relationships to help create a robust pipeline of candidates. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract and hire top sales professionals.

  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent.
  • Review, update, assess, and disposition candidate applications with urgency.
  • Screen candidates and facilitate the interview and hiring decision-making process with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a high level of candidate engagement and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with internal colleagues to create, measure, and report on data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to recruiting strategy development and outreach efforts.
  • Develop strong relationships to build a robust pipeline of candidates.

Requirements

  • Eight to twelve years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience successfully recruiting for Software (SaaS) Sales roles.
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
  • Self-starter with ownership of success metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide clear insights to the hiring team.
  • Responsive, action-oriented, and innovative problem solver.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
