About the position

Memmer Homes is seeking a creative architectural manager to lead the design process for custom residential homes. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional designs that meet client expectations. The lead architectural designer will manage the design process, create construction documents, and engage with clients to bring their visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process for custom residential homes.
• Collaborate with sales, estimating, and operations managers.
• Create one-of-a-kind custom home designs and develop classic, timeless elevations.
• Produce functional and appealing interior designs.
• Create engaging visuals such as 3-D color renderings and fly-through animations.
• Prepare full permit sets and coordinate engineering efforts.
• Review permit sets for accuracy and completeness.
• Interact with clients and complete site visits to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements

• 5 years of architectural experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Experience in creating 3-D visuals.
• Associate's degree in a relevant field (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to relocate to Powell, OH before starting work.
