About the position

The Lead Consultant is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions. This role focuses on managing production flow, taking customer orders, and recommending FedEx Office products and services, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage production flow and take customer orders.
  • Recommend FedEx Office products and services to customers.
  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customer orders.
  • Operate the Point of Sale terminal and handle financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain quality standards.
  • Assist with training new team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 2+ years of specialized experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand during entire shifts.
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
