About the position

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily schedule and patient flow
- Perform nurse visits
- Assist with provider schedules and templates
- Mentor and support your team
Requirements
- Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required
- Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required
- Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification
- Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EHR
- Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills set
- Ability to communicate with all levels of clinical staff and providers regarding use of EHR, department specific skills, orders, medications, referrals, documentation, and short-cuts
- First-line problem solving skills with the ability to listen, understand, and solve or escalate employee and provider issues before they become more serious
