About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry. The Lead Sales Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience at our St. Petersburg location. This position involves not only meeting sales goals but also training and coaching staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills. The Lead Sales Associate will be responsible for managing spa sales performance, maintaining a detailed knowledge of the services offered, and effectively communicating with clients about promotions and service options. This role requires a positive attitude, flexibility in working hours, and a commitment to upholding the cleanliness standards of the spa. The Lead Sales Associate will also handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents, while performing various other duties as assigned.
