About the position

The Lead Sales Compensation Forecast Analyst at Adobe Inc. is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial management of sales compensation processes. This role involves developing policies, managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and enhancing customer service to ensure high-quality service delivery. The analyst will also prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights to senior management based on data analysis, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to streamline processes.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment between sales and operational goals.
  • Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to sales compensation.
  • Analyze financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize expenses.
  • Enhance the customer experience by ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and sales compensation metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement processes, procedures and policies.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other automation tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows as well as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Track record of thriving in a global operating environment across many geographies and cultures.
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
  • Experienced hands-on manager with the ability to multi-task and drive fast-paced execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience.
  • 2-5 years of previous management or senior management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Competitive salary range of $119,800 -- $240,100 annually based on location and experience.
  • Eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
