The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the PCS product and customer data management processes. This position is essential for standardizing the Request-For-Proposals (RFP) process and creating customer quarterly business review presentations that bolster the Sales team’s efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product Management to manage customer pricing, including implementing price increases that may occur annually or throughout the year. A key aspect of this role is the commitment to continuous process improvement, utilizing quantitative metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational efficiency. This position is critical in fostering a world-class customer experience and improving the effectiveness of the sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new items and customers in accordance with established processes within Salesforce (SFDC) and the ERP system. You will perform PCS Product Data Management to support various sales opportunities while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your duties will include maintaining item accuracy and integrity, which encompasses updating item descriptions, classifications, GL codes, Unit-Of-Measure (UOM), item statuses, and pricing. Additionally, you will manage pricing maintenance by loading customer rebates and contracts into the ERP system and updating standard or list costs accordingly. You will also be tasked with processing and generating quotes for pricing changes and uploading new selling prices as provided by the TSS to customers. Building and maintaining customer profiles and data requirements within the PCS ERP system will be a significant part of your responsibilities, as will setting up customer master files that include shipping addresses and tax certificates. Addressing customer inquiries and surveys will require you to develop responses for business questionnaires and collaborate with the Quality team on specific questions. Furthermore, you will prepare for customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by populating pre-approved customer templates with relevant PCS data. Supporting the Sales team with SFDC projects will also be part of your role, translating PCS business needs into the SFDC environment.
