About the position

The Lead Salesforce Admin is responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce configurations, ensuring data integrity, and providing support for user management. This role involves overseeing data migration, creating and maintaining documentation, and troubleshooting system issues. The position is crucial for enhancing the efficiency of Salesforce operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create/edit permission set groups.
• Perform data migration using Data Loader, Import Wizard, and Workbench.
• Create and manage Salesforce Lightning Flows including Record Triggered Flows, Scheduled Trigger Flows, Sub Flows, Auto Launched Flows, and Screen Flows.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets for granting/removing and maintaining user licenses.
• Perform data loads and ensure data accuracy and consistency across the system.
• Create reports and execute simple SQL queries.
• Manage lead and case assignment rules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce profile and permission sets management.
• Proficiency in data migration tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Flows.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation of processes and configurations.
• Experience in monitoring and managing user licenses through ServiceNow.
• Proficient in data loads and ensuring data integrity.
• Ability to create reports and execute SQL queries.
• Experience with lead and case assignment rules.
• Familiarity with Shell/Bash scripting.
