About the position

The Lead Salesforce Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CRM applications. This position requires a strong technical background in Salesforce development, particularly in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Lightning Web Components, to ensure the effective contribution to the Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and maintain system stability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce CRM applications using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Understand and implement the sharing and security model of Salesforce to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Handle error handling, governor limits, and maintain overall system stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create efficient Apex triggers and classes to automate data validation and enforce complex business rules.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Contribute to CI/CD practices for seamless deployment and continuous integration of Salesforce applications.
• Create frameworks and independent reusable LWC components.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing user interfaces.
• Knowledge of Salesforce's sharing and security model, fields, relationships, and handling governor limits.
