About the position

The Lead Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, leveraging extensive experience in APEX, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products. This role requires a strong focus on integration with enterprise applications, code optimization, and adherence to best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will lead projects, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables while proactively addressing client needs.

Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of APEX with strong experience using developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers, and Triggers.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications like NetSuite.
• Utilize Visual Force for Salesforce development.
• Design and propose solutions (POC) post discovery sessions.
• Deliver tech-debt projects and optimize code.
• Conduct code/peer reviews and ensure best standards are practiced across the team.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST web services.
• Proficiency with SOQL & SOSL languages.
• Resolve production support cases or issues.
• Ensure best practices are followed across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Implement measures to improve system performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of customization experience as Lead Software Engineer - Salesforce.
• At least 3 years of prior experience in a Lead Role is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building LWC and lightning applications.
• Strong experience in APEX, CPQ, and Salesforce integrations.
