About the position

The Lead Salesforce Lightning Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions, focusing on Salesforce Lightning. This role requires extensive experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications and working collaboratively with product owners and development teams to define new features and user stories for complex development projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce CRM solutions with a focus on Salesforce Lightning.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using SOA ESB technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define new features and user stories.
• Utilize Apex, VisualForce, and Workflows for customization within the Force.com platform.
• Apply knowledge of web-based systems architecture and Web Service APIs for integration.
• Ensure code quality through TDD, unit tests, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning and end-to-end implementation.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce.com with third-party applications.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, and customization options within the Force.com platform.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of web-based systems architecture and service-based architecture.
