The Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator at Converse is a strategic role focused on designing and implementing innovative solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and innovative solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party services.
• Perform configuration necessary based on business requests.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or a combination of relevant education, training and experience.
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud products like Journey builder.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Architect certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of some performance marketing tools like Feedonomics or Tealium.
