The Lead Service Validation Analyst at Lumen is responsible for ensuring that solutions are validated according to defined scopes and success criteria. This role collaborates with the Service Design Lead and other teams to ensure that the solutions meet or exceed customer expectations in functionality, delivery, quality, and value. The analyst coordinates all parties involved, managing action items, risks, and issues throughout the service validation phase.
