About The Position

The Lead Service Validation Analyst at Lumen is responsible for ensuring that solutions are validated according to defined scopes and success criteria. This role collaborates with the Service Design Lead and other teams to ensure that the solutions meet or exceed customer expectations in functionality, delivery, quality, and value. The analyst coordinates all parties involved, managing action items, risks, and issues throughout the service validation phase.

Requirements

• Excellent program and project management skills, PMP preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in managed services, operations, networking, communications, or project management.
• Moderate technical knowledge of global network infrastructure and related services.
• Ability to navigate business and technical challenges and demonstrate operational benefits.
• Strong focus on objectives in dynamic environments, comfortable in direct and matrixed structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in telecommunications or related industries.
• Familiarity with service lifecycle management.

• Deliver an elevated customer experience by managing the service validation phase and providing project governance.
• Develop reusable processes and methods to achieve measurable objectives according to service validation criteria.
• Gather requirements and align objectives with all stakeholders to ensure agreement on scope and assumptions.
• Finalize end goals and establish success criteria for the service validation phase.
• Establish timelines and ensure adherence while mapping roles and responsibilities for resource allocation.
• Consult with subject matter experts and technical resources to facilitate successful outcomes.
