The Showroom Representative and Lead Setter at Anchor Iron Co. is a full-time role focused on engaging with customers in the showroom, managing leads from various sources, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires proactive communication with potential customers and maintaining the showroom's appearance to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
  • Answer phone calls for sales, service, and lead opportunities.
  • Track walk-ins on a daily, hourly, and monthly basis.
  • Respond to inquiries generated through company emails, website, and social media platforms.
  • Follow up on leads in a timely manner to maximize conversion rates.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers who have requested information.
  • Schedule appointments for showroom visits or consultations with the sales team.
  • Provide additional information and answer questions to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Call customers to schedule installations and services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Manage company social media processes.
  • Manage and maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring it is organized and clean.
  • Make recommendations to management for product displays to enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform general administrative duties including customer management, filing, and placing orders.
  • Demonstrate initiative to work independently and with direction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and sales processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in customer service or sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using social media for business purposes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in showroom management or retail sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
