As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking Team - Infrastructure & Production Management Team, you will assume a critical role in defining the future of a globally recognized firm. You will provide advice and mentoring to other engineers, fostering a culture of site reliability within your team. Your responsibilities will include championing site reliability culture and practices, leading initiatives to enhance the reliability of applications, and utilizing data-driven analytics to improve service levels. Collaboration will be key as you work with team members to identify comprehensive service level indicators and establish reasonable service level objectives and error budgets with customers. You will demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in one or more domains, proactively identifying and resolving technology-related bottlenecks. As the main point of contact during major incidents, you will need to quickly identify and solve issues to prevent financial losses. Additionally, you will document and share knowledge within the organization, contributing to internal forums and communities of practice. Your deep proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise system architecture will be crucial in implementing site reliability best practices across applications and platforms.
