Ecolab is seeking an experienced Lead Software Development Engineer to oversee the efficient operation, health, and hygiene of the Enterprise Data Office. This role is pivotal as Ecolab expands its data footprint, particularly within the Modern Analytics Platform (MAP). The Lead Software Development Engineer will engage in hands-on development, collaborating closely with architects, project delivery teams, and Operations teams to ensure the successful operation of the platform. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and health of the Snowflake Environment, governing and enforcing security standards for both Azure and Snowflake. You will design and develop scalable cloud-native solutions, research and implement reliable software to support business requirements, and enhance the monitoring and auditing of systems. Additionally, you will create automation for dashboards and govern the hygiene of the environment, acting as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for troubleshooting and consulting. This role requires a strong foundation in software engineering principles, particularly in a Cloud and SaaS environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. As Ecolab continues to grow, this position will play a critical role in ensuring the operational success of the Modern Analytics Platform.
