About the position

As a Lead member of a core product engineering team, you will contribute to major features that span the entire tech stack, building exciting new customer-facing software features and capabilities. This role emphasizes developing robust, scalable applications while collaborating with various teams to enhance the product and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, scalable, and configurable applications and modules with an emphasis on quality, performance, design, and re-usability.
• Build and ship new software features and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and the rest of Engineering to re-iterate and enhance our product.
• Prototype new ideas and iterate toward the ideal user experience.
• Participate in technical discussions and plans to improve overall software quality.
• Own and lead new product features and enhancements.
• Handle enterprise customer escalation issues promptly and thoroughly.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science is preferred.
• 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, both Backend and/or Frontend.
• Experience in building, launching, and maintaining SaaS products.
• Strong attention to detail in user experience and a drive to solve real problems for millions of users.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in cloud environments and/or SaaS products.

Nice-to-haves

• Skills in Python and React are a plus.
