About The Position
Manage and lead Software Engineering team responsible for review of business requirements and enhancement of firms in house HCM application product suites. Design architectural patterns and efficient solutions for Payroll application. Integrate with third party vendors and internal systems to support HCM suite of applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of projects and initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners. Recruit experienced talent to augment current staff. Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Participate directly in annual performance reviews.
