AT&T is seeking a talented Lead Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of our custom Learning Management System, Personalized Learning Experience. This application supports over 300,000 employees and contractors across AT&T. As a full-stack developer, you will have an immediate impact on the system's development and overall success. In this role, you will lead the development of both front-end and back-end components of the Learning Management System. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features and enhancements. Utilizing an iterative delivery approach, you will continuously improve the application, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of both front-end and back-end components of the Learning Management System.

Requirements

• 5+ years Java experience: Proficiency in Java for back-end development.
• Experience with Angular for front-end development.
• Familiarity with Oracle and SQL databases.
• Proficiency with LeanKit, Jira, ADO, or similar tools.
• Experience with iterative delivery approaches.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
