About the position

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Solution Architect with Salesforce experience to join their Enterprise Platforms team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves defining and documenting the enterprise architecture solution for the COX Automotive Salesforce Enterprise Platform, creating architectural vision and direction, and ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy. The position emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and critical thinking, with a focus on delivering effective solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall solution and guidance for enterprise architecture to effectively support the Salesforce platform.
• Create solution options and solution architecture, adhering to architectural standards and the technology roadmap, and minimizing technical debt.
• Design solutions that involve complex, multi-system integration, possibly across BUs or domains.
• Drive alignment between Enterprise Architecture, Technical Architecture and business needs.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contribute to feature refinement, and deliver solutions incrementally and iteratively.
• Provide guidance and oversight, ensuring the viability of proposed solutions and providing direction on the appropriate approach to the solution throughout the project.
• Monitor emerging technologies and stay updated with Salesforce best practices to continuously improve the solutions provided.
• Establish strong relationships; demonstrate ability to influence business outcomes with data.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 6 years of related experience.
• 3+ years with Salesforce architecture experience.
• 5+ years working experience in full development life cycle and experience in delivering applications and architecture services in a production environment.
• 1+ years cloud integration experience at large platform, enterprise-level, preferably AWS.
• Experience presenting design concepts/strategy to key business leaders (up to C-level)/stakeholders.
