We are seeking a Lead Solutions Analyst (Data Governance, Master Data) to join our Data Strategy Team within Enterprise Architecture. This role focuses on Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance within the enterprise data ecosystem, playing a pivotal part in shaping our data strategy and ensuring robust data governance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance and master data management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale data initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. In this position, you will be responsible for strategic planning, collaborating with business and IT leaders to develop and refine the enterprise data strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technological advancements. You will design and oversee a comprehensive MDM strategy to ensure the consistency, accuracy, and scalability of core business data across multiple systems and stakeholders. Additionally, you will serve as a bridge between IT teams and business units to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, fostering strong communication and collaboration. Your role will also involve regularly assessing emerging technologies to enhance our data capabilities, as well as establishing and maintaining data governance policies and frameworks to protect and maximize the value of the organization's data assets. You will be part of a team of Enterprise Architects, Business Process Consultants, and Solution Analysts aligned to business and technology functions across the Enterprise within the technology services organization.
