About the position

As the Lead Solutions Architect at Apple, you will be instrumental in driving customer engagements throughout the solutions architecture lifecycle. This role involves understanding business challenges, capturing requirements, designing solutions, building proofs of concept, and delivering final solutions to production. You will work closely with service engineering teams to broaden the adoption of the Apple Data Platform and influence its technical direction based on customer needs and industry advancements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive critical engagements with customers through the entire cycle of solutions architecture.
  • Understand business problems and capture requirements effectively.
  • Design solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Build proofs of concept (PoC) and deliver solutions to production.
  • Engage with a variety of organizations at Apple to broaden the adoption of the Apple Data Platform.
  • Collaborate across multi-functional teams to deliver dynamic solutions.
  • Connect technology with measurable business value.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience as a solutions architect, software engineer, or related technical role.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data engineering, and data science concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
  • Solid project management skills including prioritization and communication across teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
