About the position

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and provide pre and post-sales support.
  • Resolve customer issues and optimize the customer experience.
  • Design and manage activities to deliver ongoing value to customers.
  • Drive customer satisfaction for Verizon products and solutions.
  • Manage the transition of client projects from development through delivery.
  • Advise and guide clients on project management and process improvement solutions.
  • Identify and correct inefficiencies in workflow and processes.
  • Support data collection, storage, and reporting for decision-making.
  • Oversee project management duties involving cross-functional teams.
  • Develop proposals and documentation for project estimates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • FAA Clearance Public Sector Experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project Management experience within the FAA.
