About the position

The Lead Specialist-Tactical Analyst in Executive Protection at Lilly is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of top executives in a dynamic environment. This role involves conducting proactive research into potential risks, monitoring external media feeds for threats, and providing real-time intelligence support to the Executive Protection (EP) team. The successful candidate will utilize analytical skills and technological proficiency to enhance the protective intelligence program and support global security activities.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance protective intelligence program by conducting proactive research into potential risks.
  • Monitor external media feeds for threats to the company's facilities and leadership.
  • Draft and disseminate intelligence threat assessments to ensure executive safety.
  • Assist the EP team with operation plans and site advances, liaising with private and government agencies.
  • Provide real-time intelligence support to the EP team using data from multiple sources.
  • Monitor geopolitical situations and relevant emergent situations that could impact operations.
  • Administer travel security operations, advising international travelers on security issues.
  • Build relationships through external engagement and participation in industry conferences.
  • Conduct open-source and social media research for Global Security investigations.
  • Collaborate with the EP team to resolve threats or incidents.
  • Prepare analytical reports and link charts related to Global Security's EP strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze web-based technology to detect threats and vulnerabilities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an intelligence analyst position, preferably within an Executive Protection environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Technical proficiency using intelligence research platforms and web-based technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
