About The Position
The Lead / Sr. IQC QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality standards for new and recertified products by working closely with suppliers. This role involves monitoring, reporting, and communicating potential risks to the Product team and suppliers, as well as formulating solutions to complex quality-related issues. The engineer will execute essential quality tasks such as Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and Out of Box Experience (OOBE), while also coordinating corrective actions with suppliers and collaborating with internal departments on quality issues.
