About the position

Infosys is seeking a Lead SRE Consultant who will be deeply involved in business process consulting, defining problems, proposing solutions, and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. This role includes contributing to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, with a focus on shaping consulting solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients in a global landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define problems and propose solutions in business process consulting.
• Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposal development and client training.
• Help detail project scope and internal capability building.
• Shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering and DevSecOps implementation.
• Experience analyzing application code in at least 3 of the following: Java, Python, Node.js, Angular, React, JavaScript, Go, or C/C++.
• Strong experience with object orientation, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Proficient with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in designing and developing DevOps pipelines.
• Experience in branching and merging strategy.
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in application, infrastructure, and database architecture.
• Defining SLOs and SLIs for customer journeys.
• Experience in system performance management.
• Defining and implementing ITSM processes.
• Performance evaluation of hardware modules.
