The Lead Store Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the management team with daily store operations. This position emphasizes outstanding customer service, effective communication, and leadership skills to create a guest-centric environment. The Lead Store Associate is responsible for training and developing team members while ensuring smooth cash handling and inventory processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in daily store operations.
- Demonstrate consultative selling techniques on the sales floor.
- Provide top-notch customer service and educate guests on products.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership for feedback and updates.
- Lead and develop team members through training and coaching.
- Handle cash and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Process inventory efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in a retail environment, or 6 months of experience for Curaleaf Team Members.
- Strong experience in cash handling and POS operations.
- Excellent communication skills with team members and guests.
- Ability to multitask and make effective decisions.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in basic math skills.

- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
