About the position

The Lead Strategic Accounts IV (Government) position is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with government clients. This role focuses on driving business growth through effective account management, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in government contracting and strategic account management to enhance client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key government accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present proposals to government clients.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and contract requirements.
  • Monitor account performance and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, preferably in the government sector.
  • Strong understanding of government contracting processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
